Kimberly brings an incredible mix of whole body compassion and the challenge to find my edge when she is teaching yoga. I got to dive into her Dosha class and look at the patterns and choices I have around food and schedule that are impacting my energy throughout the day. I made some radical changes to my diet and my daily schedule because of it. I’ve also had the privilege to take her class on Summer solstice where we got to honor the longest day of the year, a moment of pause in a busy world. Her class gave me the gift of finding my personal edge and practicing compassionate listening to my body.
