“I was a little nervous the first time I tried yoga. Kimberly Kayler really made the transition from a traditional military workout to yoga very enjoyable. I was so relaxed and felt pretty awesome, so I had to keep coming back. Thanks Kimberly!” Marshall Jackson Fallen 15

I began my yoga journey in Kimberly’s class. She was patient and guided me in a manner that allowed me to build on my strengths. She conveyed that this was MY practice and to modify it to fit my needs. I have become stronger physically as well as mentally. Kimberly is a wonderful yoga instructor and a great mentor. She also has an awesome playlist, which keeps me moving.
